• Leaving Cert/Leaving Cert Applied (Construction Studies/Technical Graphics would be an advantage while not essential)
• Mature Students with relevant experience

Objectives
This course is designed to train students in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, construction detailing and Draughting to enable them to seek employment opportunities in the Build Industry or progress to further education.

Work Experience
Two weeks work experience is incorporated into this course

Career Opportunities
Graduates from this course will be qualified as 2D AutoCAD and 3D ArchiCAD Operators. Job opportunities include CAD Draughting, Architectural Design, Draughting and Design.

Certification
FETAC (NCVA) Level II

Progression
Graduates who receive the required standard may progress to further studies in IT Colleges.
